Today I Am A Monstah!!

Happy Halloween Loverlies!! I decided to redye my hair again to Red. Yay!!! I was reading this blog I follow called Hairspray & Highheels the other day. I noticed she blogged about this red hair dye from Vidal Sassoon. The color of this dye is called 5RR Medium Vibrant Red. I have never used this brand's hair dye before. Her's came out beautiful, and made me want red hair again, So I decided to try it.

I had my sister in law dye it for me, because I cannot do it myself. lol It seemed to go on easy and smoothly. I will admit though, this hair dye had my scalp burning a bit. Quite a bit. I have sensitive skin though and don't recall any other dye hurting as bad. Luckily the burn did go away while I was waiting for the dye to set. That was the only complaint I will have to give this brand. Anyways My hair came out beautifully though!! In the pictures below my hair has faded some. This is what the dye looks like after 7 washes. I don't mind though, it looks a bit more natural now. :) I love it!! Ta Ta For Now!!

I have a slight Filter on these pictures.  But this one you can hardly tell.

This is my halloween costume today. LOL Even though I don't have anywhere to go.  Too bad you can't see the bottom part. lol I just paired it with black outfit and rainbow colored tutu!! YAY!!!

THROWBACK THURSDAY:

This is when I decided to go REALLY RED!!  It was just three years ago now I believe? LOL Unless you feel like having a high maintenance hairdo, I don't suggest doing this evah!! lol

Killer Queen Is Like A Fairy Tale

Afternoon Loverlies!! I had to go to the dentist today, I got done the starting of a implant. I didn't want a root canal because they stated I could still get like jaw/bone disease from it. So heck no!! Let's try a better route I say. Even if its spensive, sheesh. But I will just have to pay for something then go back and fix the rest, then get that paid off and then go back..... You get the deal. But I mean who doesn't ever have to do that nowadays??? Rich folks of course, right? lol

Anyways, I will admit though, compared to the last time I went to the dentist. All the mixed drugs that didn't work for me. This time went better. I am so thankful for that also. I did my praying before I left. Thank God it turned out ok. I am emotional, but that's just my brain chemicals out of whack, and maybe all the Ativan they gave me or gas they gave me. lol But HI5 For not being so depressed this time. Yay!! I hope i'm better in the next few days. I think I will be.

How about I show y'all one of the samples I got in the mail!! I go to Womans Freebies website to get my samples. This sample is Katy Perry's new fragrance called Killer Queen. This perfume isn't a real sweet scent to it. I noticed it has hydrolyzed jojoba esters in it. So I am sure it has that kinda smell to it, if you have ever smelt the jojoba oil/shrubs. Whilst smelling it, I sense a kinda heavy smell like how vanilla gives off, but without being heavy. It also makes me think of the honeysuckle flower without the sweet honey scent. It is pretty decently light smell for what I just described though.

I don't know if I would claim this as being a new scent for me to be honest. But It is not a bad scent at all. It is also not elderly perfume scent either. But anyone could easily wear this scent age wise. The bottle is pretty though. If I ever get the money and saw this in the store. I might just say I'd have to purchase it for the bottle. Yes, I have changed my mind.  After smelling it some more, I will say I would purchase this for the bottle and the scent.  Let's not  forget the fairy tale feel about it. Even though I read she named it after the band Queen. I suggest finding a sample for yourself and trying it out. ;) Ta Ta For Now!!

I Got A Golden Pumpkin!!

Afternoon Loverlies!! I have finally got pictures of my pumpkins I decorated!! YAY!! These are the first pumpkins I have ever bought. I bought them at the pumpkin patch that I posted about here. I didn't do much to my pumpkins but I love them. lol All I did was on the smallest one, I put modge podge on the top in drippy/wavy design and then dumped gold glitter on it. The pumpkin that looks similar to a jack o' lantern, I painted it white and then painted it with gold glitter spray paint.

I love fall and winter!! I love getting apple cider and hot chocolate. If you follow me on Instagram you will see my chai frappucino I got the other day. Yes, it is a cold drink, but It taste's like Christmas!! I love Iced Chai anything really. It is so delicious. I'm normally listening to Christmas music in may. I've done things a little different this year though. I didn't want to burn myself out on it easily. It just felt this year I think I would have been burned out, if I listened to it earlier. I can't wait though. My favorite part is putting up the Christmas tree. I just love all the little ornaments and the pretty lights!! I think this year we are gonna use Mickey mouse wrapping paper. Anything with reds and greens in it. Reminds me of when I was little, we had Disney wrapping paper a lot. Our tree was so much fun. We basically had a multicolored lighted/ornament tree. It was the eighties. lol I loved it though, I would play in the tree all the time. Enough with the jabbering and on with the pictures! Ta Ta For Now!

Afternoon Loverlies!! Have you ever just needed someone to go shopping with ya? Someone to help ya pick out what certain accessories or shoes go with a shirt? Well There is a perfect website for folks when their friends are just too busy to help ya shop.

This site is called WGWT, or unabbreviated What Goes With This. What you do is find the image url or upload a picture of a certain top, jewelry, dress, pants, etc. Then you write down what you need help with and what your price limit is. Then all you do is share and wait for a response. Others will see it on their feed and if they can think of anything to go with what you posted they will click recommend and share their opinion. How Nice is that?? You can follow people on this site and also recommend help for others who need it. It is such a loverly way for shoppers to come together and help each other.

Another thing is you can use this site to put together your own looks and share with folks. Don't ya just love social networking!! How Beautiful Is Your Makeup??

Mawnin' Loverlies!! I have some interesting and exciting news for y'all folks on Windows 8. There is an app that will be launching in December 2013 called GlamST. I really hate that I don't have Windows 8, because I will be missing out on this awesome app.

This app has a lot to offer!! It is a an app where you can upload your picture and try out makeup on your face virtually to see what looks best. Also you can save your looks and share them. There is a social area where you can ask questions and get advice on your looks, and even try on other people's looks. The most awesome part about this app, other then of course finding makeup styles. If you are a beauty blogger, you can post your blog posts with links to your blogs. Who doesn't love sharing their blog?? Click here to go to the app to download it. Also they have a video showing some more information about the app here.

I will admit I hope they decide to make this app for IOS, because I really want to be able to mess around with it. It looks awesome!! :) Ta Ta For Now!!

Pumpkin Pickin'

Mawnin' Loverlies!! Guess what I did this weekend!!! I went to a Pumpkin Patch! YAY!! It was my first time ever to go and actually buy a pumpkin from anywhere. Some odd reason we didn't buy pumpkins when I was little. Weird, I know. My hubby, sister in law, and I decided to take a trip towards Augusta, Arkansas. That is where the Peebles Farm and Corn Maze is located. Well, In between Augusta and Mcrory, their site says.

They have all kinds of activities there for you to do. They have a wagon ride, hay ride, pumpkin patch, 20 acre Corn maze, sunflowers (sadly they are starting to wilt since it's autumn), tractor pulled train ride, small petting zoo, concessions, cotton picking, corn cannon, and also bon fires on the weekend. At night you can go through the corn maze with a flashlight, spooky eh? The pumpkins are all over the place and decent prices. I got two, a small and big one, for $8.00 even. They also have a lil store where you can buy homemade jam and t-shirts.

We had a little bit of trouble finding the place because google maps just doesn't like the address or something. lol But it seems the best place to contact them is making a post, or asking someone in the comments on Peebles Farm and Corn Maze Facebook page. I have seen them post pretty often, and others post on their page also. I will post what I did with my pumpkins once I get them finished. ;) Anyways enough with the jabbering!! On to my Pictures!!! Ta Ta For Now!!

It took us a while but we made it!!

Me and my Hubby!!!  lol He is silly!!! ( I look so tired, ugh) oh well eh?

Cotton, some of them were still needing to bloom it looked like.
I love this picture. ;)

Got To Smooth Them Wrinkles Out

Mawnin' Loverlies!! Am I talking about sheets? No. I am not. I am talking about this neat experience I've had to try out Resvology Age Corrective Eye Cream. This eye cream helps with Wrinkles, puffiness, dark circles, rejuvenation, elasticity, and hydration. Resvology has scientists who have studied to find a "stabilized and patented form of resveratryl acetate, called 4-AR Molecule." This aging cream contains 4-AR Molecule which activates "Over 85 key skin-related genes." Overall it will help keep your skin looking and acting younger.
I have only had a few days to use this eye cream so far. In those 6 days I haven't noticed much difference. I am sure it will take a few weeks before noticing. That's usually with any kinda cream though. Its smell is not too bad of a smell, it just smells medicinal. But not too strong that you can't breath. That's a plus in my book. :) Also they aren't lying about it being hydrating. It left my eyes feeling very hydrated. Yet, another plus in my book. If you want to take a look for yourself you can go to the site http://www.resvology.com, or you can head on over to their facebook page http://www.facebook.com/Resvology. Just go to these links to find out more information about their products. Ta Ta For Now!!

Just Some Little Tidbits

Afternoon Loverlies!! I just got through watching Paranormal Activity 4. Let's just say I hate the ending the same as the other endings. lol I always feel like I have to watch it like one time, at least. I feel kinda spoooked also, it doesn't really scare me, it just creeps me. If that makes any sense at all. Now on to fun stuff that will get me uncreeped eh?
Today I logged into my Polyvore. I have not messed around on this site yet, so I figured let's see what this is about. Basically I have figured out you just put stuff you like in a lil collage together and publish it. You can follow people and vice versa. I donno if I really like it, but sometimes makes it easy to find stuff I wanna buy so far. DANGIT!! lol I decided to show the three little collages I made so far. I hope to own most of the items at some time. SO CUTE!! Anyways if anyone of y'all are on Polyvore add me, Or follow or what not at this link. ;) I will also have a Throwback Thursday picture at the bottom so keep a scrollin' and enjoy.
 Ta Ta For Now!

Beautiful Lip Color Y'all!!

Mawnin' Loverlies!!
I was given the chance to try out this new pretty red lip color.  It is called Lip Color Holiday Red.  The product is made by BA STAR.  This lip color  basically looks like a thicker lip liner pencil to me.  The lip color was very easy and smooth to put on. At first I was iffy about this color, only because I never think red looks good on me.  But I am very surprised and happy to notice it looks quite decent on me. :) I am so happy.  All I have to do now is figure out outfits I want to wear with this lip color on. I have noticed after four hours it is still as red on my lips as when I first put the product on, which is awesome!  This lip color will be perfect for when you have those Thanksgiving and Christmas get together's with your families, hence the name Holiday Red.  Their pricing is so affordable, I suggest going to their site at BA STAR and picking out a lip color you love.  Here is a discount code  y'all can use while shopping:  BBLIPS.  The discount is 50% off the full retail price and cannot be combined with other offers.  No one can pass up that deal, no one.

Monkey Bites Galore!!

Evening Loverlies!! One of my facebook friends shared a recipe the other day called Monkey Bites. It looked delicious So I just had to try it!! First thing you do is cut you up some bananas. Then you are gonna smear peanut butter on one side of that banana slice and then smoosh two slices together, to make a sammich. (Well not exactly smoosh, but you get the idea)

After you make the banan wiches, you stick them in the freezer for 1 hour. When that 1 hour has passed, you now need to melt your chocolate. What I did was get a small pot, filled it with water to boil, and put a heatable safe bowl on top of the pot. Then I put chocolate in that bowl and let it heat that way. The chocolate I used was almond bark, which I purchased at wal-mart. I think you can buy it at krogers and harps also.

Then after I covered the banan wiches with chocolate, I stuck them back in the freezer for 2-3 hours. After those hours have passed you are done!! WALAHHH!!! Monkey Bites. I will have to say I made a boo boo though. They were so hard in the freezer that I put them in the fridge after I ate a few. I now realize why you probably should keep them in the freezer. The banana part has gone mushy, even though the chocolate is hard on the outside. Oh well, We live we learn right??? lol Ta Ta For Now!!

Love Them Samples, Don't ya!!

Afternoon Loverlies!!
I so need to get on the ball with keepin' up with my posts.  I will though!!!  I'll put a picture at the bottom for my late Throwback Thursday. :) Alrighty, on to a different subject.  I decided to go to this site that has samples you can sign up to get. The site is called WomanFreebies.com.  I thought how fun!!  I shall get some samples, try them out, and just blog about them.  The first sample is from Estée
Lauder perfume called Modern Muse.  Now when I first tried the perfume it just sprayed at me.  Not cool. LOL  But maybe it's cuz it's just the little sample bottle. The scent sadly is hard to describe for me.  It kinda smells like some other perfumes I have smelt before. When I first put it on though it was very strong, but luckily most perfumes smells die down after a bit.  Then it is not so strong. After it dies down it kinda has a sweet smell to it I think.  Not like candy but just a slight sweet smell.  I don't think I will be purchasing it in a full bottle to be honest, but I will go ahead and use up my sample.

Me and my Brothers!! Rocky (Left), Me (Middle), Ricky (Right)
When I was little, I used to go around and pick flower petals and eat them to see if they tasted good.  I also would lick twigs.  Yeah, not so tasty. ;)

Villain Polish

Afternoon Loverlies!!
Sorry I haven't posted in a few days. Friday I went to the dentist to have a root canal done, and it didn't happen.  The drugs they had me take my body just didn't like that mixture.  I normally just get the nitris gas, or however you spell it?  Then i'm out, asleep.  I was asleep at all and apparently I was not cooperating. lol  My husband explained to me that I even looked at a nurse that walked by and told her I hate her.  Awful it was!!  I don't remember anything at the dentist except for sitting down and they put the gas mask on my nose.  The last thing I remember I said it smelled like bolonga sandwiches and it stunk. Next thing i'm laying on my couch waking up and noticing my teeth weren't even fixed.  It felt like a nightmare. Argh!!  Oh well. So I am scheduled for a consultation next Tuesday with an oral surgeon.  I hope this works out better with them.  Anyways other than that, I've just been recuperating.

Onto what I wanted to get posted.  Last week I wanted to post a few things my sister in law got me for my birthday.  She got me some more of the Disney Villains makeup products by E.L.F.  I love E.L.F., they have affordable makeup that is easy to use and just AWESOME!! When you go to E.L.F. online they also have an awesome gift section for those christmas/birthday gifts for your friends that love makeup.  Anyways, She got me the Disney Villains fingernail polish pack.  It comes with 12 fingernail polish's.  She also got me the Evil Queen makeup bag.  I just thought it was the prettiest out of the other bags.  I love the look of it, very artsy. Alrighty, Enjoy the pictures!!
Ta Ta For Now!!

The Evil Queen Makeup Bag.  They also had Ursula, Cruella Devil, and Malificent.

Odd Food Combinations?

Afternoon Loverlies!!
Sorry I have not posted about my E.L.F products I got for my birthday yet.  I have been so tired lately, especially today.  I shouldn't be but I am exhausted feeling.  I will attempt to do it soon though. Tomorrow I will be out of it, because I have to take a valium tonight. lol  It is for my Dentist appointment tomorrow, I will be getting a root canal, how fun. lol  So the valium is for to knock me out and then another drug I have to take in the morning.  I hope it goes by fast though.  I would rather be asleep while it happens.  I decided to grab some books the other day at the library.  My husband loves reading mangas, so I decided let's make another attempt at reading mangas again.  So I got Sailor Moon and Alice in the country of hearts.  I like the Alice one, of course, I love alice in wonderland stuff.  I haven't finished sailor moon yet but so far it's ok.

Alrighty now for Throwback Thursday!!  I have two stories (well donno if you can call it a story, it's very short) I will tell about when I was young, like around 5 years of age if not younger ( can't remember fully). lol  They are short but silly or as most folks view them weird.  I remember I used to sit in my high chair and eat snacks. Ok, well, the snack was Bread dipped into tropical punch koolaid.  I thought it was tasty. :) lol
I would also have my daddy break up bread in a bowl and put it on the floor.  I then would eat out of the bowl like a kitty cat, because I wanted to see what it was like to eat like a cat. I would also put milk in a bowl and do the same thing.  One more thing I did was I remember watching maniac mansion with my bubba Ricky one day.  I decided let's experiment a sandwhich.  So I went into the kitchen and put mayonaisse on one side of my bread.  Then I put ketchup on the other side of my bread, which I don't mind mixing.  But for some reason I decided to put a chocolate chip cookie in the middle and see what happens.  Yep, it was gross, I tossed the cookie then I finished off the ketchup and mayonnaise sandwhich.  Yummy eh? lol
Alrighty I finish with a picture of me for you to look at.
Ta Ta For Now!!

I didn't want to be at VBS,  and I definitly didn't want my picture taken!!
